Life Vision Coaching with Devon Harris

Relationship issues. Financial matters. Health concerns. Family conflicts. Career hardships. It’s imperative to have a clear, compelling vision for our lives.  After all how can we plan our financial life without it.   

 Our Life Vision Coaching, is part of the Keep on Pushing™ Life, Vision, & Goals initiative with 3x Olympian Devon Harris.  Mr Harris is an original Jamaican bobsledder, motivational speaker and author.  

 

The process will help you navigate through this maze we call life and offer a clear direction, aligning and leading you toward your most important ambitions and desires.  As Lewis Carroll once famously said,"If you don't know where you're going, any road will take you there."  If this is true, then it is imperative that we need to create a clear, compelling vision for our lives. 

Life Vison Coaching includes:

  • A look at vision and why it is key to living a fulfilled life.

  • Tools for introspective thinking to identify your passions, what brings you joy and the qualities you want to develop.

  • Questions to examine your values, past experiences and imagining your ideal future.  

  • An in-depth approach to identifying the things that are important to you and writing your vision statement.

  • A step by step approaching to goal setting and vision implementation.

Life vision coaching is offered either just session 1 or over three sessions and may be included with financial planning or purchased separately (contact for pricing).

Session 1

In this session, you will:

  • Discover what you really want to be and do, and have.

  • Gain a better understanding of your values— what you like and dislike about yourself.

  • Explore “ the different areas (Family, Career/Business, Relationships, Finances, Spiritual, Health/wellness) of what makes you you. 

  • Create the initial draft of your vision statement 


Duration: Approximately 1 hour 

Session 2

Complete your personal vision statement.

 

This speaks to how you want to live your life —what you want to accomplish in every area of your life. It integrates your abilities, interests, personality, values, goals, and skills/experience. It is a valuable guide in determining specific paths to pursue, important life decisions to make and ultimately planning how to accomplish what you want. 

Duration: Approximately 45 mins
 

Session 3

Your life vision is a bird’s eye view of the ideal life you want to live. In this session, you are going to take a deep dive to identify the specific goals which, when realized, will see you moving closer to the fulfillment of your vision. 


By the end of this session, you will:

 

  • Make a goal list

  • Properly set goals

  • Create a plan of action
